Michele Ferrario (52) graduated in 1985 in Italian literature and art history at the University of Florence. He is a journalist and was from 1991 until 1993 Chief Editor of the Ticino daily newspaper «Popolo e Libertà», before starting to work for ten years in the news department (Regional journals, Daily news) for television in Italian Switzerland. In 2003 he became General Secretary for of RTSI, in 2007 General Producer of Radio RSI. He is author of various books and writes for different periodicals about personalities and cultural subjects from the world of Italian Switzerland.
Robert Ruckstuhl (48) is with Swiss Radio DRS (today called SRF Swiss Radio and Television) since early 2000, where for three years he directed the Regional Studio for East Switzerland. Before this he was Programme Director and Chief Editor of «Radio Zürisee». In May 2003 Robert Ruckstuhl changed within the company to Director of Journalism at DRS 3, before he took over the Programme Management of both stations DRS 3 and DRS Virus in October 2005 and became a member of the governing body of Swiss Radio DRS. After the fusion of SR DRS and SF into the new company SRF Swiss Radio and Television, Robert Ruckstuhl is Programme Manager for Radio. Robert Ruckstuhl studied at Zurich University Germanistic, Journalism and Psychology.
