For major events such as concerts or football championships, Viasuisse - with its own staff - is always at the heart of the action in order to track traffic conditions live. Our team of correspondents was of course represented at the host cities' intervention centres during Euro08. Co-operation with the organisers and the police once again functioned perfectly, and we were able to provide those involved with traffic in optimum support.
When major events take place, Viasuisse also uses helicopters to monitor traffic.
